Using Decentralized finance ( DeFi ) based services may involve risk. You acknowledge and agree that:
  • Any decision to deposit funds in a third-party is made solely at your discretion and risk.
  • Past performance of third-parties is not indicative of future results. αlphaβuild does not guarantee any returns or the security of any third party building block.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with any third-party contract / solution and should seek professional financial advice where necessary
  • No Financial Advice: αlphaβuild does not provide investment advice or recommendations. All information provided on our platform is for informational purposes only.

6. Fees

αlphaβuild may charge fees for access to certain third-party services. Fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the time of action and may vary based on the service used. By using these services, you agree to pay fees you incur.

All intellectual property rights in and to the αlphaβuild platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, content, and design, are owned by αlphaβuild or its licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless αlphaβuild, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your use of our platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

αlphaβuild reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the revised Terms on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Modification of Terms

αlphaβuild reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
